Chemex 3 cup coffee maker

Invented by American chemist Peter Schlumbohm in the 1940s, Chemex is an elegant filter coffee maker. These are quite thick and retain much more coffee oils than a classic filtered preparation, offering cleaner cups, sweet and of great aromatic clarity. The 3-cup model is suitable for preparations up to 400ml.
