About this coffee :
La Projecta coffee is grown in the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountains, on the slopes of the Santa Ana volcano, at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,700 meters. It is produced by around 150 farmers as part of a community project launched by El Borbollon in partnership with Falcon Coffee. This initiative aims to bring together small producers to improve their incomes, living conditions, and skills in quality coffee production. This lot, from the Red Bourbon, Pacas, and Kenya varieties, has been washed and reveals aromas of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and apple, making it perfect for the festive season.
