How the cleaning cycle works
The cleaning programme is started at the touch of a button.
Phase 1: Cleaning
The unit and the brewing filter are thoroughly rinsed with 80°C water. The highly effective formula of the cleaning tablet removes oil and coffee grease residues, which can affect the taste and quality of the beverage.
Phase 2: Maintenance
In the second maintenance phase, active ingredients coat the surfaces of the components concerned with a film that protects them against new deposits of coffee residues and grease.
NEW Phase 3: Protection
In the third, newly developed phase, complexing agents provide your coffee machine with long-lasting protection against mineral deposits
